Since ** days I have been waiting for someone from Eureka Forbes will visit and repair the faulty Aquasoft water softner. Everytime I approach the customer care , grievance cell, I just get automated response that within ** hrs someone will visit the place, but so far noone has reached out to me.
The Customer care through both manual(telecall) and whatsapp and through portal have not responded so far.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
