I have ordered a Shopping Cart trolley with * wheels( Order# ***-*******-*******) on **th June and it was delivered with wrong wheels(only *) which was not compatible and was not able to assemble after spending a hour. I went * kms away to Main gate of my society to pick and return the product. Also sanitized it with a surface cleaner spray as advised by WHO. I got refund but amazon harassed me during this process .
I again ordered(Order# ***-*******-*******) similar trolley from another seller on **th June and in amazon tracking app it was showing it reached Bangalore on **th June and left from Amazon Facility on same day. Delivery deadline was *nd July and Customer Care mislead me on email and phone with assurance that product be delivered by *nd July. They made an excuse that its big item so need a Truck for delivery or due to Covid its delayed. After deadline expired they given me assurance to deliver it by *th July and same was updated in online tracker.
I have called them many times and spent hours , also wrote emails and they didnt respond my online complaints. Lastly they cancelled the order and told me it was lost in transit. My order was stolen by their team and they mislead, cheated me for weeks. I asked them to refund my Amazon Prime membership fees as I wasted my crucial time and they misguided me deliberately and I lost a trust on Amazon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
