Sir i ordered am item from Amazon and i recieved a non working and wrong product i instantly contact with Amazon team for return and shared picture to them they started return i return product with original quality to their delivery man they recieved the product and refund not credited to me when i check status its showing product lost contact customer support for help i massage them many time i only get a massage (As I can see you have returned the product and it also reached at seller on Nov **, ****, so no need to get worry at all there are dedicated team who handled this issue in best way so let me connect you with the team.) After that customer support leave the chat and no answer arriving
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
