This is really a worst experience with myntra delivery and the customer support, really a worst experience. It's better to bargain on the road instead of speaking to myntra customer care.
I have ordered a product on * June **** by completing the payment along with order and expected to deliver on ** June ****, I contacted Myntra on ** June **** and they've asked me to wait for ** hours to get update on product and I contacted on ** June **** then I spoke with the superior level, he promised to deliver the product on ** June **** but the product was not delivered, waited for ** and ** June **** also and contacted on ** June **** and again they're asking me to wait for ** hours more.
As of my understanding, Myntra is expecting the below from customers/users:
*. Daily customer/user have to call to customer service and ask the tracking status (if customer haven't called, that money can be saved to you)
*. Fake/False promises by superior level
*. Fake tracking in Myntra app
*. Call to customer service and beg to delivery the product on time even after payment instead of cash on delivery
*. No information to the customer/user about the product delivery delay
The worst customer service that I have experienced ever. Not only the lower level, the higher/supervisor level also.
Very poor listening skills, not listening to the customer/user and not pleasing the customer also just saying we can't do anything and if I ask them to transfer the call to higher officials , they are saying that our higher officials also can't do anything then its better to remove the higher level escalation because the low level persons are saying that they will also replay same, so they can handle all these things.
If you want to judge, you can go through the call recordings also, how the way the customer service persons are interacting with users, requesting you please don't use the recordings for training of onboarding people.
I already informed to customer that I'm relocating to another state, so please deliver the product but not listening to the customer/user words also.
The first communication from myntra customer care on ** June **** is the order was wrongly delivered to another location, but on ** June **** again myntra customer care is saying that the product is delivered correctly to the hub but no tracking on the product, a kind request to myntra higher officials/managers please guide/train your team to maintain a unity false/cheating/fake statement among all of those because the superiors are promising and the others are not maintaining unity of false/fake/cheating statement.
The last, I still wondered that the lower as well as higher supervisor also saying that please provide your alternative number, I have provided the alternative number on ** June ****, and provided on ** June **** and I received a mail from myntra stating to provide alternative number, immediately I shared the same over mail to case manager/escalation desk but still when I call on ** June **** **:** pm he is asking to provide the alternative number, the person who spoke with me on ** June ****, while I'm speaking he cut my call intentionally by replying thanks for calling myntra have a great day, if you think I'm lieing you can please go through the recordings, if you don't have the call recordings please let me know I will share the call recordings with you over mail as I have saved all the call recordings.
Only because of the product as I'm relocating to another location, felt stress as the product will be delivered or not before the departure. Only because for the delivery of the product myntra is creating this much stress, if it gone to exchange or change in delivery address the stress or the follow-ups are beyond the expectations
