I have oredred JBL *** BT ANC headphone in white color on **-**-**. I opted cash on delivery as a payment option. My booked parcel deliver on **-**-**. During the receiving parcel, i paid **** rupees to delivery agent. After payment, i cut myntra printed outer plastic cover. Inside the plastic, i found a large cardboard box. Inside the cardborard box, my ordered JBL *** BT anc headphone box wrapped in bubble plastic. When, i removed plastic then found, that Headphone box seal is broken and when opened the box then found that entire box is empty, headphone and other accessories not present in box. Immediately, i contacted myntra customer service and lodged my complaint. Myntra customer care provided the following complain id- IN********************. I also contacted myntra on twitter and lodge my complain. I noticed that when i booked my order then seller was "Truecom retail" and all the mail given by myntra on order confirmation, on order dispatched and on order delivered it clearly mentioned that product sell by truecom retail but on my parcel level and provided invoice mentioned that product sold by another seller named "sane Retail private limited. Why this discrepancy happen. and also I am completely disappointed to see such a online fraudulent from such a reputed e commerce site I need justice and want either a sealed packed genuine product dispatch to me as earliest or company should refund my money as earliest.
