I ordered a UCB shirt with tie from Myntra, i received the order in a packet which was packed perfectly, when i opened the packet there was only shirt and no tie was there so i raised a return request for this and placed a fresh order of same item but a smaller size, pick up agent refused to take return and asked to log a complaint with Myntra which i did. After two days i received a mail and message that we have investigated and no issues were found from their warehouse till delivery, i received the fresh order of smaller size today and that is ok with tie. Myntra is not accepting the return stating that they have sent the complete item while i did not receive in full.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
