Sonali hakked filed complaint against Myntra Design Pvt Ltd, online shopping portal, AKR Tech Park, B block, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area on Feb 9, 2020
They charge us for the delivery. They say the product is exchangeable but when you place for the exchange it says not servicable .
They are harassing the customers when you're delivery the item to s pincode howcome the same pincode is not servicable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
