My Order ID is **************, order placed on **th August **** for * Packet Drone.
After completing their maximum delivery time of ** days I sent a message to the seller that I have not received my order, he replied me to visit customs office, first of all, if you have such products in which customer needs to pick the parcel from some other place then they need to inform customers before or mention in aliexpress site that if you buy this product you need to collect it on your own. However, I went to customs office and there I got to know that this is not legal to import Drone (of anykind) in India.
I opened dispute in Mid of October on Aliexpress. They asked me to submit the evidence within * days, at that time I was not in town and the dispute was closed with a remark "not submitted the evidence, no refund required". This is really surprising that they put customers on wait for more than * month and they give only * days time to submit the evidence. Still I submitted an appeal on Dispute and went to Customs office again to collect the evidence. After that I submitted the evidence in the form of previous court orders on importing drone in India, which clearly says that if customs received such product they will seize the parcel right away.
It's really shocking to sae their result, my appeal order says that this customers duty to know about the policies of their country. Seriously, these people are not accepting their mistake. If you are selling more than a crore products across the globe, is this customers duty or yours to know which product is illegal to import or what policies are there on a particular product in a particular company?
I must say, their Case management team is not eligible to to take any fair judgement. I lost my money and there is no hope for getting my refund. Till now I have filed * appeals but everytime the rejected my appeal
