Call received from pepperfry asking my availability at home for receiving product
Requested for one day prior ,they said it's an holiday for us due to election I said ok ,deliver as per your decided date that was **nd and it was working for me any how I managed to be at home for accepting the order but they have not yet called for informing about the delay and no contact can be made again to the said number from where I received a call .consumer is helpless here's he has paid his hard earned money to such company who doesn't bother for his after sales services ,atleast don't waste consumer s time and day when you cannot complete the delivery as decided /commited / and also mentioned on track page
This is really very pathetic service and product received ,other than this I also ordered a wardrobe which is of cheap quality and they don't have return refund policy whatever you get u have to accept it because the money is already deposited to their ac they are not bothered for consumers ,today we are on **th and still there is no SMS no call received on delivery date we have to wait for their call and now it doesn't care for our availability **k is already paid for sofa cum bed yet not delivered after keeping their long awaited date and only for name purpose calls. Shame on you pepperfry don't trap people and play with thier hard earned money and time.
