Royal Oak Furnitures - Product not delivered

I have order kids study table from Royal Oak India online on *th of July ****. The company promised to deliver the product in ** business days but till today there is no response or update about the product. I have called the customer care continuously but there is no info from them. I finally contacted the online department manager Mr Anish but he is telling me different stories after calling ** times continuously he answers the call and replies that he would get back to me in few mins later stop picking calls. I take this as huge mental harassment to me and my *-year-old daughter who is feeling a lot of difficulty in sitting on the floor and doing her school works. Her legs have been swollen because of sitting posture on the floor. After several attempts to contact the company, I lost hope in the product and out of that mental harassment am approaching Voxya for justice for me and my daughter. It's been ** days since I have ordered the table but the company is playing with my emotions which I can't take anymore and out of all these I asked for a refund of my money but no reply for it too! I think this is a big fraud from this company cheating customers and harassing to this extent. I need help to overcome this headache. This is my second complaint on Voxya after successfully solved my first complaint am approaching again to you for a positive solution. I hope for the right justice asap.
