Royal Oak Furnitures - Dinning table not delivered

I purchased dining table set and mattress from kanakapura branch. I have received a damged dining table. Technician visited for installation he as raised for replacement.But there is no update given from them I called customer service no proper update was given they are asking me to connect with store people and if I call to store they are listening to the query and they are asking me to wait for their response and they are not calling me back.. Very worst service local furniture shops provide a better service and respond to the customer. I strongly recommend not to opt for royaloak after this bizzare experience and they're not trained as to how to treat customer in a courteous way. Also store people are not picking my call when I call from my registered mobile number.
