I've ordered a study table from royalOak more than a month ago.
For first order payment status was not reflected and I placed second order , thinking that first order's amount will be refunded. After sometime the first order was also confirmed. This website has no option to cancel orders also. I called customer care an indefinite number of times, they never pick the call and IVR tells you to drop an email. I also dropped emails daily to customercare@royaloakindia.com with my grievance, but there was no redressal. Order number is "ROY*******" and "ROY********". Even the expected delivery date is long past and still there are no updates regarding my orders.
I've bought a table from elsewhere and no longer need your services.
I want the full refund for both my orders.
Kindly initiate a refund asap, and keep me updated.
