Myntra.com - Product not delivered even after making fool since 6 days from given delivery date

I placed my prepaid order of Jeans on **th Jun'**. There was written about delivery date as maximum by *th July'**. After waiting a whole day on *th July'** I called on customer service & registered complaint. After registration, they assure to resolve it within ** hrs. I again called them on *th July'**. They passed the wrong information that they have closed the complaint without informing me. After forcing they registered the new complaint and again said to wait for ** hrs. I wrote them on twitter to help me in this issue, they assured again to resolve but after seeing no proactive response, I request to escalate this matter then they called me on *th and said again for ** hrs. On **th July'** I requested to know status then they said that item has been lost in transit so can't be delivered to you.
After making fools for * days they hardly responded and unable to provide my ordered product without any compensation. I tortured by them a lot of shit experience. I request to take strict and appropriate action on them so that they couldn't make fool to other customers as well. All conversation screenshots are attached herewith for necessary reference.
