I am writing to you regarding an unsatisfactory experience of the delivery agent I had at the time of delivery of a product from ajio.
The agent delivered my order at wrong place and than after when i ask to bring it back he was not responding and not able to bring it back my order still my issue was not resolved along with that he is ignoring the calls from my side.
He’s very rude and does not have patience to deliver the product.
Hence I request you to take the necessary action against the delivery agent and bring my order back as soon as below are the details of order

If the necessary action is not taken against him by you as a grievance officer, I’ll have to take it forward for the customer court to file a case. Hope my complaint is taken seriously as the same should not happen to other customers too.
