Flipkart - Product not delivered and account blocked super coin unclaimable

I ordered ** items in flipkart groceries on *th may **. Received the package on *th may ** with *items (*bottles of coldrinks and bauli) missing. We contacted the customer care but they cancelled our refund stating that they have provided us with those missing items.. Then they blocked the account. Those contained **** super coins and many rewards which cant be redeemable now. We asked them to atleast transfer the coins to another account. But they gave no response. They said we have issued the complaint forward and just dismissed the call everytime.
