I ordered this item on * April **** and then it showed an expected delivery date of * April ****. On * April, the app showed a new delivery date of * April, on * April it showed a delivery date of ** April, on ** April, **** it showed an expected delivery date of ** April, and now on ** April it is showing that my order has been returned. I have made payment of my order at the time of ordering the product. I needed my product on * April and I only ordered it because it was showing a delivery date of * April ****.
Whenever, I raised my concern to customer care executives I was told the product will be delivered in * to * days. When today I asked about the actions taken against my complaint they have returned my product without delivering it.
Now, I have received a mail stating that my ticket has been closed. How without resolving my complaint they can close it?
I received a call on ** April **** from jiomart customer support, where an executive told me that my product will be delivered on ** April.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
