Apollo 247 - Product not delivered

I have placed order( *********) in Apollo pharmacy online application on **th April and it was supposed to deliver by **th of April ****, still I haven't received the product nor I'm able to cancel it. The amount was prepaid and there is no response from customer service and I have sent multiple mails there is no luck. Since that cream has to be apply post laser skin treatment it was important one. Because of the delay I have bought it in offline medical store. Kindly take the required action on them.
