After sending repeated emails requesting to delete my account permanently, my account has still not been deleted. I am uninstalled the app, still I am receiving promo messages via SMS. On Google Play Store, it is mentioned under Data Safety, that we can request our data to be deleted, however after multiple requests via email, my data, my account has still not been deleted.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
