I have ordered a medicine on **th of June the estimate delivery was **th of June. The product was out for delivery but was not delivered. Paid an amount of Rs **** approx. Asked them to cancel the product and today is **th June even after multiple complaints the customer service is unable to cancel or refund the amount.
Every time I reopen the ticket they ask another **hrs to get it resolved. The medicine was very urgent to me and they not only have comprised with my health but torturing mentally as well.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
