- Product not Delivered ^Open

I had ordered Redmi Note * Pro ( Black, **GB) on *nd November **** ( Diwali sale) and the expected delivery date was *th November ****.Due to the delay in the delivery I called the Flipkart team who assured me that he problem would be resolved by **th November **** and also fake promises of the product to be delivered soon. On *th November ****, I received a call from the delivery boy who said due to the local market in the area he would not be able to deliver the package. As per flipkart acknowledged me due to Diwali holiday package could not ne delivered on *th November. On *th November I was provided with the phone number and asked to call the person to remind him regarding my package delivery. The person usually did not picked up the call and whenever he did he provided some bogus reasons for late delivery and fake promises of the product to be delivered soon. I called Flipkart several times every day but all in vain. On **th November **** around *pm the team has assured me that the product would be delivered today by *pm. But again a fake promise so I called the team again and he assured me package would be delivered either today or tomorrow. At *:**pm I received a mail regarding the request to cancel the product as it could not be delivered due to unforeseen reasons (which were never mentioned to me) and the customer care executive mentioned the same thing and asked me to cancel the product.
Throughout the process Flipkart never informed or updated me via mail, message or call and even the track system showed the delivery date as *th November till **th November **** and also according to the tracking system of Flipkart product has arrived in uttam nagar hub i.e my nearby hub on *th November **** and was out for delivery since then so how after * days there raised certain unforeseen issues due which delivery was not possible.
The deficiency in service is highly regrettable and highly un-business like.
