Byjus learning app
- Product not cancelled after request for cancellation Closed
BYJUS pursued me in the name od scholarship and discount to purchase their learning app for Class * to ** std CBSE syllabus for **,*** INR in August ****. The product was delivered on August *th *:**PM. At the time of purchase, BYJUS representative mentioned the cancellation period will be extended by another ** days if requested in ** days.
After using the product, my child was not happy with the material and mentioned the same to the mentor on one of the calls. So, I requested sales representative (Mr. Kaushik +** **********) for extension via whatsapp on **th August *:**AM and requested to inform his next level manager about my request for extension. There was no further communication from him and was not helpful showing their poor after sales customer service. Tried contacting him multiple times but no response. Requested Kaushik to connect me to his next level manager. Next level manager said since there was no written communication it cannot be cancelled in-spite of sharing my whatsapp chat with Kaushik.
Since Sept *th I have been requesting them to cancel the product and return the balance amount but there was no response form BYJUS team. Raised an online complaint about the issue, the registered complaint No. is *******. BYJUS representative Miss. Aruna contacted me and I shared all the relevant information pertaining to the case such as all my whatsapp chat screen shots. Even after following up multiple time, the issues is not resolved. Every time I contact BYJUS they ask for the same information and does not provide any resolution. Every month they are deducting **** INR. I requested them to put a hold on the payments till the issue is resolved but no response. Requested to atleast return the balance amount and take the unit but no response.
In my opinion, BYJUS is a company trying to take advantage of consumers in the name of children education. I don't believe they are genuine in their policies and values.
