My product is a Boat Xtend Smartwatch (Pitch Black), which is currently under warranty.
On June **, ****, I filed a warranty claim online because the smartwatch was not working. Blue Dart picked up the product from my location.
However, after the product was delivered to the Boat service center, I received a notification that my warranty claim was rejected because the wrong product was received. The service center claimed they received a Boat Neckband instead of the Boat Xtend Smartwatch.
Consequently, my warranty claim was denied, and the incorrect product was sent back to my address.
I immediately contacted Boat customer care to explain that the neckband was not my product and that I had sent the Boat Xtend Smartwatch. Unfortunately, Boat denied my concern and delivered the wrong product.
When I reached out to Blue Dart for clarification, they redirected me back to Boat. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with both parties, I have not received any resolution, causing significant inconvenience.
I request an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter.
