I ordered a boat type c charging cable from zepto on **.**.****.The cable didn’t fit in my mobile charging port.I requested exchange/return from zepto as the product with me is in original condition without tampering.Zepto customer care didn’t talk properly and ended my chat/ call without aby resolution.I have wrote mail also but no response from their side.I have never seen such worst customer service from any online shopping platforms like zepto.literally they are cheap and fraud.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
