Boat Company is a complete scam. I bought a product that malfunctioned and applied for a replacement. Instead of receiving a new item, they sent back a repaired product and then refused to replace or refund it. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I regret dealing with them and advise everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
