My product was Boat airdopes *** ivory white.From **th august**** onwards i am facing this issue. ididnt send any damaged product to claim waranty only i have charging problem.again it was deliverd return on **th august ****.when i open that one i got shocked because cahrging case have pen marks my right side bud has tape gum and panel is coming out . i conatcted boat customer support means they are shouting on me. i write a mail nearly * times . i call nearly ** times no response. regarding this issue my ticket id is ********
