Vaneet Roy filed complaint against Jiomart on May 9, 2023
I purchased a pair of clogs from jio Mart and choose payment method COD, item was delivered and size was not fit so i choose returned option and initiate the return of the product, Product was picked by the courier partner name Delhivery under the tracking number **************. Now product is successfully picked and Jiomart doesn't initiate my refund even though i called customer care and write them mail, they didn't reply for my grievances, please check and investigate this matter.
