- Product have connectivity issue Open
I bought Noise X* pro on **-July-****, it got delivered on **-July-****. After a week I started having issues with the product so I contacted them and they asked me to raise an online complaint. Then I got a call from the technical person who gave a walkthrough for troubleshooting and said that I'll receive my product back in * days of pick-up then checking and shipping it back to me. Them the product was picked on **-July-**** and received it back on **-Aug-**** (Got it back after ** days, not * days).
Receiving the product after ** days, the issue is there which is really frustrating and after raising the complaint again then they call me again and ask me to follow their troubleshooting again which I said no to and asked for a refund as I had paid almost *K. I asked the person who called me that I would like to speak with their senior, and then they start sending me emails apologizing and saying they won't be able to refund (I didn't get the time to read this email) I receive another email saying "Your complaint has been closed from our end as we believe we have successfully resolved your complaint."
It's been a month where the product was with me for ** days and that to not in proper working condition. I don't think they believe in customer satisfaction.
