Vinod Kundra filed complaint against Fireboltt on Oct 16, 2023
My order number is DHK-D-SIT**, and the smartwatch in question is model "FIRE-BOLTT SMART WATCH INVINCIBLE PLUS BACK SS" purchased on **-Aug-** (on Vijay Sales website) & received on **-Aug-**. However, upon receiving the product and attempting to use it, I immediately noticed several issues that rendered the smartwatch inoperable. I promptly reached out to the customer support on **-Aug-**** to report the issues and later on **-Aug-**** (after * days from filing the complaint) , got approval for replacement. After explaining the situation, I was informed that a replacement unit would be sent to me and that the faulty smartwatch would be picked up for further inspection. After repeated reminders, the Watch got picked up on * Sep & got confirmation from Fireboltt on * Sep. But still now no replacement given, no even any response from their team. Now I want my full refund, no need the watch, this brand is more required
