ordered a product (likely a smartwatch) from Fire-Boltt through their official platform.

I completed the payment successfully. However, the order was automatically cancelled from the seller’s side without any action from my end.
I reached out to their customer support multiple times via email and attempted to contact them by phone, but there has been no valid resolution or assistance provided.
Recently, I received a response from their support stating:
"Our policy does not allow for refunds; we can only provide replacements for eligible items."
Since I never received the product and the cancellation was not initiated by me, I do not wish to accept any replacement. I simply want my full refund as per my consumer rights.
