Dear Fire-Boltt Customer Support,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my order for a Phoenix Pro watch, placed on October **th, **** (Order #*************). Despite making a prepayment of ₹****, I have yet to receive any updates on the shipment or a refund.
I have already contacted your customer support multiple times, and while they suggested raising a complaint, I have been unable to submit one successfully. This lack of progress is incredibly frustrating.
Given the significant delay of over ** days, I urge you to prioritize my case and provide an immediate resolution. I expect either a timely shipment of my order or a full refund.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the next ** hours I will be compelled to escalate this matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and legal channels.
