I purchased fireboltt invincible plus (black metallic chain) using amazon as platform. The watch faced some technical issues and was under warranty period. hence i raised repair/replacement request. They acted promptly and picked up the defective item since i provided all details like invoice, image etc. They exchanged it for another watch which was totally different from my earlier model. I requested for exchange for which they did not respond and after much follow up, they initiated a pick up. To my surprise, i was given the same replaced model and this time, it was refurbished since it had scratches, fainted faces etc. From November till writing this complain, I have rigorously followed up with them but they are not responding at all. Their customer care number is another fraud since there is no on to speak and the phone gets auto disconnected. This has been the most horrible experience I have faced with any brand. I demand a strong action against the band for wasting my time and money. I demand a compensation from them for all that I faced and still facing.
