Dear Sir,
My name is Sangam Lal Prajapati and I am from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. Sir I was subscribed byju's learning app for my son for grade * to * in the cost off *****/-. The total payment was made through credit card emi. Byju's counsellor was Mr. Rishabh Dev Shukla (contact no-***** *****). After *-*
days of getting product I realized that it too much expensive for us because they had take a big amount from us.
So I sent a email at cancellation@byjus.com for the cancellation. After sending email company Sr. Manager was called me and offered me for * year extra premium package for my second chield (for lkg to ukg) and I was agreed for that. They had send us second package for my second child. But they registered same premium account on second tab. Due this there app was showing this account is already used in another device. For this app related problem I was called so many times in * week, but they had not able to resolve the problem. Finally I was sent again cancellation email on their specified email on on dated **/**/****(within ** days of product received)
I was sent an reminder email on **/**/**** for status off cancellation, but they are not responding .
Now the situation is that they are not responding my calls.i was called so many times to their helpline numbers.
I had asked so many times to their customer support agent for either provide me quality service or cancel my order and refund my money but they are not doing any help.
Now I am to much frustrated sir please help us. My contact number is **********,**********
