Railwire - Problem of non refund

A new internet connection was installed at my residence on *th May **** by Railwire through Balaji Enterprises for * year. The total cost of installation was Rs. *****.**+Rs.**** (deposit). Around the beginning of August, I called Railwire customer service and inquired about the process of cancellation of connection. The customer service gave me the procedure to cancel internet services which was to email gj.support@railwire.co.in and give customer details. The customer service also advised that the amount I paid for the connection will be retroactively refunded to me directly to my bank account or to the dealer portal and I would only get charged for the number of days the connection was used. On *th of September **** I emailed on gj.support@railwire.co.in asking for cancellation of my connection. They did not reply me on *th of September. I called Railwire customer service on *th of September **** asking for the status of my cancellation. They said they haven’t received any email for cancellation. I emailed the same email again and asked the status during the call. They said the process will take *-* days and they will let me know when the process is complete. On *th of September **** I called Balaji enterprises (the dealer of the ISP) to inquire if they received any cancellation requests. They advised that the cancellation was not possible and no refunds will be given. I told them that the customer service has previously given me the procedure for cancellation. The dealer of Balaji Enterprises (Dilip) would not agree for the refund and asked to schedule a call back. After ** minutes I got a call from an unknown number (Note: not Railwire) and told me that he is calling from Railwire and the connection cancellation would not be possible. I am not sure who this person was but I suspect this was someone from the dealer’s office and doing fake calls on behalf of the dealer for Railwire. At the end, they are not ready to cancel my connection even when I am following the process which Railwire asked me to follow. Please resolve this and help me process my refund.
