Railwire - Refund issue

On **rd November **** i tried to renew my Broadband ac *,* times attempts was failed and one time amount also deducted in my Account. At last time i tried one more on the same date that was successfully done but still the first one not refunded, then i wait ** days after that i send a mail to them on *nd December **** but still no action multiple time i called them they said we are escalated already.... now it's been ** days there is no updates and refund.
