Railwire - Refund not initiated

I have done a payment of ***.** for the recharge of my broadband but transaction failed and they did not initiated the refund.
I have raised a ticket to railwire and they told me to wait for ** days it is been ** days and i am still raising a request they are saying again to wait ** days
