Railwire - Not refunding my Security deposit

I bought railwire broadband connection in august **** . They charge Rs **** (**** installation + **** Refundable security deposit). The guy Kapil who installed it at that time never gave me any slip.
Now when I discontinued the connection in **** they are saying they want the slip and refusing to pay me my ****. Please help me in this.
