I will start with giving a little background on Lulu and Sky. So, they're known for not refunding people's money after they return/cancel the product. I wasn't aware of this until I experienced this on my own. They always say that they haven't received the product or they pretend that the product didn't pass the quality check. Now, coming to my complaint, I had ordered some shoes from their website, however, since they didn't fit me, I had to return them. It has been * days since I returned the product, and it has reached their warehouse as per the tracking link that the courier had sent me (attaching proof below). But, when I contacted the Lulu and Sky team, they said that they haven't yet received the product which is utter non-sense. I wouldn't have bothered to file this complaint if the amount of my purchase was small, however, I have paid close to * thousand rupees so I'm not letting this go until I either receive the product or the refund into my bank. I hope this consumer helpline really helps me.
