Lulu And Sky - Refusing return and refund of damaged and half sent product

There were two incidents. First incident was when they sent just the top whereas i ordered co-ord set including top and the skirt. Upon complaining they said that they can do nothing about that and refuse their accountability. Next incident is the recent one where again the pick up agent from xpressbees picked up the product and kept it for ** days with no accountability and upon calling them that where is the product, they sent me the product stating that there is some issue and the product cannot be returned. When i checked the product the top was missing from it…only the dress was there out of the co-ord set. Upon calling and mailing the customer care several times, lulu and sky arranged same xpressbees team for pick-up and they cancelled the pick-up themselves without even calling me for pickup and now the lulu and sky is refusing the return. Such is their unprofessional behaviour.
