Amazon - Prepaid Order cancelled thrice by amazon

I have ordered a product named Roopayur gel under order id #***-*******-******* on amazon. The delivery boy called me and inqired my address and he said that he would bring it in the evening.. then he called me in the evening and said that he would bring the next day ,on the following day he said he would bring me on the following day and then I have received a message stating that address is not proper.but the previous day itself Amazon delivered a product( Order #***-*******-*******) to my same address. I have placed order under Order id #***-*******-******* another time..again it was rejected.this time I have changed address to my uncle's home and placed order again order id #***-*******-******* again it was cancelled automatically. I have lost an opportunity to gift that product to my friend's birthday, that loss cannot be measured in terms of money.
