I have requested for port out from Vodafone idea to Airtel on **/**/****. A message is sent by the VI that it will be fulfilled by **/**/****. But they extend the deadline by **/**/****, Citing that it is holiday on **& **.
My plan expired on ** but i was requested to wait for * more days. I have done a recharge on ** because i have to face a online interview on **. Then i request them for cancellation of the port request, but they denied saying it can only be done within ** hrs of port request made.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
