I have purchased a TV, a KODAK *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart TV, *XPRO Series **UHDX*XPRO through JioMart on **th October **** and I received the TV on **nd October and the order ID is *****************W, and the registered mobile number is ********** under the name of Radhika Gopi. In the midst of January ****, my TVs is experiencing Wifi issue connection issue and I contacted KODAK service and they asked me to reset the TV . Now the TV is not operational because of not booting without Wifi and the not functioning.
Then I contacted the JioMart customer service team on **th January, and they registered a complaint ticket, the number is ************. Till now there is no response from service team of JioMart. I've mailed and even called them multiple times, but there is no response from them when they will resolve the issue. I receive the feedback from them like "your issue will be resolved in ** hours", every time I call them. And they used to hung up on me without letting me know, and they used to silent if I asked them that I wanted to talk to the manager. Even I contacted the KODAK team regarding this they said they need an email from JioMart team stating that the JioMart cannot do service for the product. I too asked the JioMart team about this, but they refused to do so.
I became mentally sick because of this. I paid ***** for the TV and now I'm feeling that the JioMart given a poor-quality product and they are fooling me.
