Pepperfry - Poor quality product received

I had ordered * wardrobes and one TV unit in Nov **** for my new built apartment. At the time of assembling, I was not present to see the products. After a few days when I visited my flat noticed one of the wardrobes and tv unit colour and quality is very poor. Then in December, I raised a complaint with pepper fry customer care and the response was horrible. They simply told me *days return policy. Despite me chasing up again no one bothered to respond. They simply sold one bad product in the name of * days return policy. Since I informed in the beginning only that it's a new apartment very far from my current location so I won't be present so they just delivered one ordinary product to me. Horrible experience.
