I purchased Bajaj Pulser NS*** Bike No. DL*SBZ **** My contact no. is ********** * month ago. I filed many complaint throw mail and calls they just passing the time and not giving me permanent solutions there is lots of problems poor pickup, poor mileage, oil filter cover side lickage after three times filed complaint still same problems. I complaint the main branch of Bagga Link in Karol Bagh there is Mr. Pranav Kumar Works Manager and Mr. Mahender Arora General Manager Service they took my * days for complaint solution and give me surety that our service will be the best and problems never happen again. But after complete their work I realized they were doing big talk and nothing and saying the where you purchased this bike bring there and saying that where you can file a complaint you can we cant repair this bike.
bajaj has the worst service in the world. that's why I realized I should have purchase TVS Apache there service much more better compare to Bajaj even within a day. In the Bajaj no one wants to take responsibility they just passing the complaint to other one. I am very Frustrated from bajajjjjjjjjjjjjj.
