Spice Jet - Not allowed to board on flight with check in baggage despite having boarding pass

I had booked flight from delhi to bagdogra dated ** feb scheduled to depart at **:** PM for * person.Flight time was revised by Airlines and it was scheduled for flight time **:**PM I.e. ** mins earlier than original time and I didn’t receive notice regarding flight and arrived at airport **:**AM but was not allowed to board on flight with my baggage despite having boarding pass.My parents were allowed to board with * kgs hand bag each where as I had to stay because of our ** kgs luggage not allowed to board with us.

Now I am stuck at Delhi airport with ** kg luggage’s and I am not receiving any help from airlines.My ticket fee is not refunded instead now I had to carry *luggages that belongs to me and my parents due to which my flight cost will be high.
