Spice jet - Bullying for charge of extra weight where as no extra weight was with us

I had no ** kg weight luggage. Only cabin luggage was with me. It was * kg @ *.* kg . Before taking the boarding pass I requested if I can take in cabin as I had no weight luggage . I was assured to take. At exit I was made to wait @ threatened to pay rs ****
