*. Due to the latest update the phone got dead
*. Misguide by the service authority of poco ( Xiaomi service center)
*. Rufused to repair or replace the phone even after in warranty.
*. The facts told by the employee was for the different product even after telling him the correct model of my phone
*. Even after telling the service authority the correct model name of my device is instructed me about the other model.
