have placed an order for * quantity of * piece container and made an online transaction for Rs.*** on Mar **. but when the item was delivered on April *th with just * pieces, we raised a return request. Just now we realised the APP was showing just one quantity in order for Rs.***. and got the refund of just Rs.***.

Please process this and refund the balance amount of Rs.*** to the source account ASAP.
