Myntra.com - Pickup request declined

On oct ** i raised i return request of my shoes which is not fit me and i buy from myntra.after raising return request myntra give me a specific time but on oct ** they cancel my return request without any reason then i call to their customer care support for knowing the reason of cancellation but they tell me that our system showing no reason for cancellation raise another return request then i raised another request after that myntra give me another * days for pickup. Please take legal action on myntra
