Firstcry has blocked our money by not providing a replacement request. I have been checking with their team for around ** days now but no help from them. The replacement was made for the product for which their assembly team confirmed a replacement as product was defective. but after that no update on replacement and pickup of the product. I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
