Dear Voxya Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against FirstCry (FirstCry.com) for their failure to refund my cashback amount, which has been pending for over * month. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any satisfactory response from their customer support team.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
